Leslie Janoe, President of Janoe Associates, provides training, coaching and consulting services focusing on change management and organizational effectiveness. As a consultant she has assisted public and private organizations in complex change initiatives. She emphasizes stakeholder management, customer orientation and leadership development.

She also provides Independent Project Oversight Consulting for the State of California on their high criticality projects. These projects are complex multi-million dollar projects involving new technology and diverse groups of people.

Ms. Janoe is a co-instructor at the University of California Davis's Project Management Extension Program where she has taught courses that include: Building and Leading High Performing Teams; Coaching and Mentoring; Power, Politics and Change Leadership; Virtual Team Management.

Prior to starting her consulting firm in 1999, Ms Janoe held several senior management positions in Raychem Corporation's Information Technology Division. Her work at Raychem had a global scope and centered on promoting collaborative work environments, providing change management associated with the introduction of new technologies and processes and leading cross - functional project teams.

She is committed to helping develop innovative leadership, project management and critical thinking skills in youth. In 2006 she participated in the ICT Seagulls Project with Dr. Hayal Koksal in Turkey by initiating a project with the SeaBright Montessori School in the United States. Based upon work with this school she was awarded a 2006 US Microsoft Innovative Teacher award.

Ms. Janoe holds a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an MA in Management from John F Kennedy University.
