Dr. Malcolm Deleo
Malcolm Deleo, Ph.D., Associate Research Fellow, Technology Brokerage Dept, Sourcing and Partnering Group at Clorox
Malcolm is part of Clorox's Technology Brokerage Department working within its Sourcing and Partnering Group. This group is charged with facilitating innovation into Clorox from external sources, driving technology insight identification, managing the company's technical strategic alliances and negotiating research agreements. Prior to working in this group, Malcolm integrated new technology into products while part of Clorox Home Care New Products and Technology Department. A major part of his work included the now launched the Clorox Bathroom Cleaners with Teflon Surface Protector product platform. Malcolm received his Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry at the University of California Santa Barbara and holds an MBA in Technology Management from University of Phoenix.
