Dr. Bill Musgrave
Dr. Bill Musgrave was the CEO of The Enterprise Network from 2000 to 2007. He has brought 25 years of executive experience to TEN in both the public and private sectors. Dr. Musgrave maintains an active involvement in higher education and has led the initiation of an entrepreneurship center at San Jose State University and has been on the adjunct faculty of a number of universities. He is also a frequent speaker at professional events on entrepreneurship and innovation, and organizational leadership. He has lectured overseas in Japan, in India, in China, and has addressed a U.K. conference of investors and entrepreneurs on Innovation in the Knowledge Economy. Bill earned a Doctor of Business Administration degree from The George Washington University's School of Business and Public Management, in addition to a MBA degree from the same institution. He holds a B.S. in Education degree from Texas State University.
