SVII SERVICES: A Hands-On Institute.
There are many ways an organization can be effective. Some of the time nothing will do other than direct, hands-on participation. Specific situations require customized approaches by experienced professionals.
Yes we write, and yes we have software, but often the fastest way to change a situation is in person.
There are a variety of ways SVII does this.
All companies are unique - one size does not fit all.
Reality has a way of being more complicated than any model can predict. The ways in which actual situations diverge from understood models are infinite. Often a good place to start is with an appraisal, which can be conducted through a variety of methods ranging from interviews to surveys. Such profiles are more accurately captured by individuals less attached to the situation. Solutions are unique to each company, or at least require unique implementations. SVII approaches innovation from a best-practices perspective.
Change requires a champion to be present.
There is not always an available innovation advocate to act as a champion. Your best people are usually tied up. SVII can provide, on an interim basis, experienced leadership to function as a catalytic change agent.

Conscious team processing also works.
Once management agrees upon a direction, it is necessary to transmit the new agreement publicly, consistently and, at times, in a unique and innovative manner.
"When written in Chinese, the word 'crisis' is composed of two characters -- one represents danger, and the other represents opportunity."-- John F. Kennedy
