SVII Innovation Advocate Series

These unique programs are designed for Innovation Advocates, helping you to build innovation management capabilities while moving your innovation initiatives forward.

Innovation Operations:
Building bridges, Managing projects, Measuring success

Tuesday, February 12, 2008
Bayshore Ballroom, Bay Cafe, Palo Alto
9:30am -2:30 pm

Innovators and regulators necessarily hold different responsibilities and viewpoints, have limited communication with one another, and often find themselves inadvertently working at cross-purposes. Before you can reach your innovation audience, you must first connect deeply with the members of your own innovation team.

This program is focused on building bridges and managing projects across your innovation team. It also addresses the reviewing, refining and measuring of your evolving success.

Can this Innovation Culture be Saved? Interventions for mergers, acquisitions, growing up and other consequences of success
April 2008

Innovation culture is powerful, palpable, and essential. It is also delicate, intangible and easily destroyed. Any significant management change can place it at risk. Bring in your cultural nostalgia and frustration. Discover your challenges and opportunities. Take away shared experiences, potential leverage points, "better practices", and a conscious approach to your innovation cultural renewal.
